📄 1. General & Definitions

Where duplicate accounts are identified, tambet will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and may withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any locked bonus funds.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus-converted portion of your balance can be withdrawn.

The following general terms apply to all tambet promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tambet and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering under a false identity, using another person's personal information, or impersonating another individual.
• Opening more than one tambet account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate account activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with a payment provider after depositing funds into tambet.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

tambet uses third-party services including payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and others), game providers, and technology infrastructure providers. tambet is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by these third-party services, though tambet will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues affecting players in a timely manner.

🔒 11. Suspension & Termination

tambet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any tambet account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Use of the Platform in violation of applicable law.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory, law enforcement, or court order requiring account action.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is terminated due to a player's breach of these Terms, tambet may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, tambet reserves the right to forfeit the balance as compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and tambet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through tambet's internal customer support and dispute resolution process. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits tambet's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
